The Foresight Williams Technology Share class

We are pleased to announce the Foresight Williams Technology VCT Share Class (“FWT VCT”) has recently issued a new prospectus and is now open for investment again. Please click here for the updated prospectus and here for the application form.

The core investment strategy of the Fund is to target opportunities where Williams Advanced Engineering's technical, commercial and promotional support may add a distinct advantage to investee companies and complement Foresight’s experience and track record of investing into early-stage UK companies.

Key features of the VCT Include:

• £20m capacity
• Based on the collaboration between Foresight Group and Williams Advanced Engineering (WAE)
• Investment mandate:
  • Early stage companies typically pre-revenue to post revenue/pre-profit
  • Primarily investing into deep-technology companies across a range of sectors where WAEs potential to add value in deal sourcing, due diligence and post-investment is most pronounced
  • Potential for companies to deliver high returns
  • Growing portfolio of 11 companies
